
Receiving Appointment Information
Effective
immediately:
Chalifour
Canada Ltd. now requires delivery appointments for all shipments.
We
require the following information 48 hours prior to delivery: PO#,
# of skids and/or boxes, Vendor, ETA, Furtherance Y/N, morning or afternoon
preference (a form is available at www.irly.ca/receiving, or e-mail
receiving@irly.ca and a copy will be forwarded to you.
Please keep this important document on file for all future
shipments to Chalifour Canada Ltd.
Chalifour
will assign you a delivery appointment time that is as convenient as
possible for your driver.
If
your truck is on a scheduled route and can commit to a regular delivery
time, we will work with you to establish a standing appointment time.
Receiving hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
You can e-mail or fax or your appointment request, and we will respond back to you within 24 hours with your appointment time.
To all carriers: we would appreciate you providing us with your full contact information so that we can provide better service to our most valued suppliers.
Please
note that trucks without an appointment may be turned away.
